Coaching provides an excellent way to actively evaluate yourself, look at where you want to be and what is currently stopping you from getting there. You may feel that changes need to be made in your life, yet you are unsure of what those changes are, or you can't find the motivation or the 'how' to make those changes. This is where we step in to support you, by breaking down the messy thoughts into smaller, more do-able chunks. We remove the anxiety, stress and the 'I'll do it later' thoughts, and instead replace them with simple day-to-day tasks to help you build your confidence and motivation to start your journey to success.
We will work with you on the areas you believe to be most important such as; career, relationships, family, friends, hobbies, health, social life and general lifestyle.

Coaching is an empowering experience that will aid you in identifying the changes you need to make to become the person you want to be.
As the coach, we will work beside you; you set the end goal, the direction and the pace, and we move with you to aid you in new thinking, gaining powerful ideas and finding the answers you need to achieve your goals. We respect and trust that you know your own answers, even at times when you believe you don’t. All coaching sessions are led by you, so we won’t try to tell you how it is for you.

To begin, we offer you a 45 minute initial consultation for free.
Within this consultation, we discuss your background, the goals you want to achieve, what you'd like to gain from the coaching process and how we can best work together. This is a great way to get to know each other to ensure our coaching style is most suitable towards your needs, and that coaching is the right way forward for you. It is greatly important that the coach and coachee match in terms of the way they work, therefore this initial consultation is crucial for confirming this. After this consultation, you decide whether this is the right path for you. If it is, we will arrange the frequency, length and format of sessions via a structured coaching programme to form a foundation for our sessions, and schedule our first coaching session from there.
